How can I convert a program that is formatted for PDAs to an iPod format?

I have a CD that offers a dowload for PDAs. the download did not work for my iPod because a PDA (personal Digital Assistant) is normally in a windows based format. i was wondering if there was a converter or something to change it from windos to mac, so i can put it on my ipod

You can’t. Different hardware. Different OS.

You can’t, unless you do some über crazy modding, but for the moment, not a single modder has been able to do such a thing! I doubt that this will ever happen. Although if you want, and if you have the iPod Touch, you can use the AppStore to download games, as well as other apps.
