How to download videos from camcorder to computer?

In: Camcorders

I have a Canon ZR30MC and I would love it on video I put on my computer. I have an SD card may be that I bought a year ago and the only thing I can do is that you have images on. I think it’s just not possible on the video card (the camera is placed a little bit ago) because there are other ways to do this?

The Canon ZR30 MiniDV camcorder is a band based. Connect a FireWire cable (not USB) port on the DV camcorder (not USB) and FireWire port on your computer (not USB). Launch Video Editor, and the camcorder in “Play” mode (switch). Import video.

USB does not work. USB-to-FireWire / Converters / Adapters things do not work.

USB is used for still images on the memory card.

They do not tell us what computer you use. We do not know whether it has a FireWire connection – and if not, we have no way of knowing if one can be added.

In this connection, FireWire, IEEE1394, i.LINK DV are all the same. No USB. Firewire and are different – and not interchangeable.
