It is brand new and I can hear music from all the other speakers, except for the speaker rear left and rear right speakers. I realize that there are different ways to music, play using the various interest groups, but I can not go to work when they appropriate in the slot. Do I have your program, or what? Please help.

Rear speakers in surround mode, or play with a true 5.1-source (eg a movie), or fake fashion “Theater” (or something like that) does that in all five stereo speakers.

Try to watch a movie with great special effects back. If possible, the test to see if they are connected to an Onkyo model.
